How this course works
Through step-by-step audio, video and text based lessons, you will be able to progress in your study of learning to chant the Sūtras (with the intention to memorise them) and explore the key concepts of Samādhi Pādaḥ
Each lesson will provide several audio lessons – 1) Repeating in sections and then full Sūtra along with a group 2) Repeating full Sūtras along with a group 3) Repeating in sections and then full Sūtra with only the voice of your teacher 4) Repeating full Sūtras with only the teacher’s voice.
There is one (approximately 30 minutes) video with each lesson with the key concept of the week.
There are handouts and a summary of the video that you can download.
It is recommended to practice the chanting consistently each week! It is idea to study only one lesson a week and not rush the learning. Allow time in between classes to reflect and digest.
